Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
Upon receipt of payment, orders will ship same day Monday through
Friday if received by 2:30pm EST. If payment is received after 2:30pm EST,
the order will ship on the next business day. We DO NOT allow customer
pickups. All orders are shipped via a method that provides
package tracking. UPS and FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide
a physical address for all shipments. To ensure proper delivery a phone
number is requested for all shipments. Standard shipping is shipped Ground
in the continental US. Expedited shipping is also available. For all
international shipments we ship via USPS or FedEx. Insurance is required.
All international orders require phone numbers to be processed.
Warranty:
No manufacturer's warranty on any item sold by OEM XS, Inc.
All orders come with a 15 day warranty from OEM XS, Inc.
We guarantee that our customers will receive all orders promptly and as
described. If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping you
should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us.
Please contact us at rma@oemxs.net so we can ship a replacement if
available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund. If
shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves please
contact us at rma@oemxs.net

Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable
and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Shipments that are refused without authorization or that are
returned due to an invalid address, are subject to a 15% Return Fee plus
applicable handling fees.
- Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify OEM XS, Inc.
within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged.
- To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
OEM XS, Inc. will not accept
returns without prior authorization. Please contact OEM XS, Inc.
at 603-898-1111 or email rma@oemxs.net to request the RMA
request form.
- Defective product returns will be accepted within 15 days (or as stated and agreed( from date of purchase. A product that is incompatible
in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore
automatically "defective".
- Determining compatibility with your existing parts, hardware,
and/or software is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Technical help is not available to determine compatibility.
- Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all
information contained in each listing.
- Please visit the manufacturer's website service for more detailed technical information and for compatibility questions.
- Please do not purchase an item if you do not understand the item
offered or do not have the technical knowledge to use or install the
item.
- Return of non-defective product will be subject to a 15% Restocking
Fee and MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed and
unused.
- No returns on products will be accepted if the item has been
opened or used!
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issue. RMA numbers
will not be extended and will be closed upon expiration. Once the
RMA has been issued you will receive an email explaining what to expect
during the return process.
- All packages returned must have the RMA number displayed in large
bold letters on the outside of the box. If the return is a multiple box
shipment the RMA number must be marked on all packages
returned.
- Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be
refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer's
expense.
- All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include all bundled accessories.
- Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any
unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment
will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense.
OEM XS, Inc. will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental
or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product(s)
it sells.
OEM XS, Inc. does not cover the following conditions under our
warranty:
- Buyers inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install
and/or use the equipment purchased
- Inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software
application
OEM XS, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
